Apple Face Another Case In The Supreme Court Beside The Retrial With Samsung Because Iphone X
Apple has unveiled its new phone iPhone X with its new feature, "Animojis". This is a new service for facial expressions using Face ID technology that can re-represent user expressions and incorporate them into expressive faces, but a Japanese company has sued Apple for this reason.
A Japanese company named "Emonster" accused Apple of stealing the name of its brand Animojis and using it in iPhone X. The company indicated that it had deposit its patent at the US Patent and Intellectual Property Office "USPTO" and intends to follow Apple in court.
Emonster Company says that its application "Animojis", which accuses Apple of stealing its idea and name, is in turn based on a set of interactive expressions used for iOS system.
